Bullseye Diagnostic Checks

PACIFIC OCEAN (April 22, 2009) Electronics Technician 3rd Class Alvin Carrillo, from San Diego, performs diagnostic checks on the AN/SPN-41 "Bullseye" radar system aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C.
