YELLOW SEA (April 23, 2009) Sailors assigned to USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) man the rails and render honors to the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy Luzhau-class guided-missile destroyer Shijiahuang (DDG 116) during the International Fleet Review (IFR). Hartford collided with the amphibious ship, USS New Orleans (LPD 18) in the Strait of Hormuz, March 20, 2009.
