JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Jan. 19, 2010) Humanitarian Daily Rations are staged by Sailors assigned to Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville (FISCJ) at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Sailors from FISCJ have prepared 2.6 million pounds of humanitarian supplies for Haiti. Guantanamo Bay is serving as a logistics hub for supplies and personnel transiting to Haiti to support Operation Unified Response. (U.S. Navy photo by Daphne Cassani/Released)
