Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 prepare materials for shipment to support a detachment of NMCB-7 Seabees deploying to Latvia.

NMCB-7 and its detachments are deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility to provide construction and engineering support.
