Inspecting The Parwan-Bayman Road

John Graham (left), Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team security forces, provides security for Rob Brochu, an engineer from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers who is currently serving with the Parwan PRT, while he inspects progress made on the Parwan-Bayman Road, March 24. Brochu examined the construction to ensure contractors were in compliance with the contract for this part of a five-section project worth approximately $36 million.
