A cloud of dirt breaks the Iraqi horizon, unsettled by a rocket fired from a Kiowa Warrior helicopter during a live fire exercise between U.S. and Iraqi ground troops earlier this year.

The 1st Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment has conducted several such training exercises, most recently with Iraqi soldiers near Mosul, Dec. 6.
