Low Water Crossing Project

MUSA QAL'EH, Afghanistan (Sept. 17, 2011) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, Alfa and Delta Companies, place prefabricated concrete pieces in the riverbed at the Musa Qal'eh low water crossing project. NMCB-4 is a component of the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command that provides contingency engineering and construction across Afghanistan. Marine Wades The Wadi During Patrol In Musa Qal’eh

Cpl. Arthur Pena, who Hails from San Antonio, wades through a river alongside Afghan National Army soldiers during a patrol in Musa Qal'eh, Afghanistan, Feb. 9.
